The marine on the the cover IS Loken.

He survives and Garro is sent to recover him. I won't give anything else a way but

I usually ask for reminders for the BL site and as soon as i can i pre-rder what ever i want and pay for express/priority etc delivery.

Maybe it's because i am a UK resident.
