Just in case my fellow MSTies didn't know, Chris Gore (again) reviewed the latest MST3K 4-DVD set on Attack Of The Show on G4, this time it was yesterday, Friday night. Yes, DVDuesday is now not only on Tuesdays, it's on the Friday night edition of the show as well.

Did C. Gore do better than last time? By miles it was better than last time, at least he didn't trash MST3K this time or say you could see it on TV still instead (???), but in the end he recommended renting not buying it. I guess he doesn't understand that if the last show to air from that set did so for the first time way back in 1993, then the whole reason it's on DVD in the first place is because fans want to own it and watch it repeatedly even after nearly two decades. Also, the way he talked about it "being from the season Joel left the show" seemed to indicate that he thought that applied to the whole set, not just Magic Voyage Of Sinbad. At least he watched the extra features this time and they ran a clip of Trace B. from the interview on the Sinbad disc.

Here's a link to watch the segment online:

Maybe MSTies should stop watching G4, or at the very least, boycott anything to do with :bleep:ing Chris Gore.
