I would have to say that that is a Reaver Titan, probably owned by Brett Inall. The banner when translated into English would roughly say "SOMETHING WRITTEN IN LATIN" .
I would also guess that Brett has a Warhound Titan and his Space Marine Chapter painted in white seen in picture are called "The Imperial Storm Troopers". Guessing again, I would have to say that in that game of Apocalypse there was a Chaos Warhound Titan, A Brass Scorpion, a Tower of Skulls, An Eldar Phantom and Revenant Titan, atleast 5 Bane Blades and 2 ShadowSwords and a Thunderhawl Gun ship. But I would only be guessing, at that, and the fact I think a person called Andrew knocked over the Chaos Warhound Titan, the damage which has since been fixed.
