The first two are inquisitor models.
The second two are necromunda redemptionist models I think.
Last one I don't recognise.
Check the specialist games section of the GW site, but these tend to have been jacked up in price to silly levels.

The last one is also an Inquisitor mini: http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=cat490043a&prodId=prod1110225

The first one is Krieger "Crash" Thrax from Inquisitor(Specialist games-> Inquisitor)
The second one is Damien 1427 from the same game
The third and fourth are The Redeemer and Malakev from necromunda
The fifth is Devotee Malicant from Inquisitor.
Its a shame, so many beautiful models for such great games and GW just sweeps them under the rug. If you're looking to use these for 40k, I should warn you, the Inquisitor models are 54mm scale, so theyre about Daemon Prince sized

Krieger would make a nice ork warboss with a little bit of conversion work

note that whilst the necromunda ones are 40k size but the INQ ones are massive!!

I found a nice thread on another site with some great models... they look like conversions. I was wondering if anyone knows where the parts are from?

The head looks like it's from one of the Inquisitor figures, but the body looks different.

This one looks good too.
anyway for those interested the thread is here:

Its mostly inquistor parts. A lot comes from
http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=cat490043a&prodId=prod1110225 such as the head which you rightly picked out as being an inquistor part.
A lot of the tech priest comes from such as teh legs and part of the arm come from that as well. the body comes from

The hammer is Coteaz's hammer
theres some plastic parts from the marines accessory sprue, and part of the torture device is a reductor from an apothecary
