these are some of my favorite conversion i took a lot of inspiration from the great Sean Gately and his studio of wonderful and quirky artisits at blue table painting.

I am a big fan of the guy in the middle of the top right picture. The multiple face thing is always nice and creepy.

As far as the painting goes, you are well past me so the only thing I can say is good job. But the modeling on everything looks top notch. The poses are organic and varied. Each model is different but still fits the theme.
