The spider is very nifty, though I don't like the goblins on it. The savage orc stuff is quite nice. My brother is very happy, he loves his Orcs an Goblins.

LOVE the spider in all its arachnid glory.
Savage Orcs are very good.
Hardback book is expensive, yes, but not as expensive as was made out to be. Also, silly thing to be excited about, but the cover art is very cool, too: it's bringing back some of the influence of older art, which I like.

Absolutely LOVE the giant spider. Methinks I'll have to get one to go with my Skull Pass Night Gobbos. Not 8e legit, but who cares!

p.s. is it just me or do thoses goblins (esesialy on the spider) look terrible: nowhere as near as chareceturfull as grotz or gobbos or the ogre gobbos

Black box arrived in store today and the Spider is hooooge! Base is large though the one that came was warped slightly. Spider hsa four legs that attach to the base, rear two are inserted into pegs on the scenic detail and another two have base detail moulded at the tips that is flat for gluing to the base.

So many small spiders on the sprue and so detailed, each with eight little eyes. Book is awesome, well worth the money.
