1500BA Help Please

I've Recently Been playing as necron for 2 months or so and decided to make the switch to BA after watching a few games my friend played as Marines.
I'm struggling quite a bit with creatinng a List for it.
I wanted to run with Astorath but he was alot of points
What I've come upo with so far is kinda iffy so any help would be very much appreciated
List is also based mostly on what I can buy at my Local Store Cause they dont do Orders until they got quite a bit to order in

HQ:
Chaplain - 140
-Jump Pack, Infernous Pistol

Furioso Dreadnaught - Frag Cannon, Heavy Flamer = 175pt

5 Scout Squad -85
4x Sniper Rifle, 1 Missle Launcher

10 Tac Marines = 250
Melta gun, Multi-Melta

10 Assault Marines = 225
Hand Flamer
Sergant Power Weapon, Melta bomb, Infernous Pistol

9 Death Company = 370
Bolt Pistol/CCW , jump Packs, Power Weapon, Hand Flamer, Thunder Hammer

Blood Talons with built in storm bolter, melta gun , Magna Grapple

Baal Predator = 145
Twin Linked Assault Cannon, Heavy Bolters

Thinking of dropping the tac squad for 3 squads of 5 assault marines and then dropping the sniper squad and adding a another dread or baal pred

you cannot take a chaplain as an HQ, you have to take a reclusiarch, that's your first problem.

I don'tknow how your maths work-- 250 tac squad is not equal 3 assault marine squads.

I think alittle better but im 95 Points Over, guess i could toss the dc and reclu into a rhino and add some more units but i was loving the idea of the stormraven carryinf them and the dc dread into combat
