Is it legal for Mad Doc to join Snikrot and his Kommandos to outflank?

You can stick any IC with Snikrot and do that.

Snikrot doesn't Outflank. He has an ability which allows him to show up on any board edge, including ICs joined to him.

Stick Ghazghul with him, and watch the hilarity ensure...
