Well, I recently got a pretty outstanding commission to paint up this Armorcast Warhound Titan (circa 1989). The titan is a find miniature, but it had some issues with detail- it was basically an enlarged epic scale mini. But with all of those broad areas, I just had to add in some freehand, right?

Also, I've posted this one up on Coolmini, for anyone who cares to vote (http://www.coolminiornot.com/269536).

Nice, it looks like it belongs attached to a Thousands Sons Chaos MArine Force. I love the Egyptian Pics on it.

Thanks.

I've done a whole imperial guard force for the client who commissioned this mini. The Egyptian lions are pretty prevalent throughout the whole force (his superheavies are named "Breath of Sehkmet" and "Fang of Sehkmet").

Wow, the detail work on that is just exquisite, how long did this little guy take you to make.

He took a little over a week. I worked on him full time.

Amazing freehand! Man I wish I hadn't sold mine off a few years ago... hindsight is a wonderful thing...{sigh}

Yeah. This one isn't mine, I painted him for a client.

I did come across a warhound titan that was poorly converted (essentially, he's been mauled, and I'll be needing to fix him up).

I think I'm going to be doing him with some HR Giger inspired freehand on his hull. That should be pretty cool.
