scissor hand =2 with any weapon?

I am new somewhat to dark eldar well haven't played my army in 7 years...:o
Just as the title states; does the +2 apply to all weapons like an agoniser it only says close combat weapon so I confused. Sorry if this has already been asked writing an army list.

Unless otherwise specified, any abilities of a weapon only affect that weapon. Also, if you have more than one special weapon, you must choose which one you are using.

So, if you have a a Venom Blade (not Scissorhand, which wounds on 3+ and gives +1 attack) and an Agoniser, you have to choose which one you want to use. Either wounding on a 4+ with a power weapon, or wounding on a 2+ but allowing armor saves.

As far as i know, the only weapons that do stack are Tyranid biomorphs (for example Scything Talons with Rending claws give you both Rending and re-roll of 1s to hit)
