Nicely painted. I like the colors, but it seems a little dark. It could be the photo, though, hard to tell. A bit more contrast/brightness would help it to stand out on the tabletop.

Using the auto adjust in the Win 7 Photo gallery I think it is well done w/ one nitpick. His skin is the same color as his clothes.

Nice job. I would agree with WereWolf though, the skin doesn't really stand out. Doing a highlight might make it pop and make a real focal point for the model

I'm not thrilled about the flesh either but I'm not going to strip it to redo just that.

With that said, what color would you use to improve his flesh? I am thinking elf or dwarf flesh might do the trick with a devlan mud wash.

I would use Elf flesh or a similar color, if you thin it a little, you won't have to strip it. Afterward wash it w/ Ogyrn Flesh wash to give it depth.
