Counter Charge + Furious - Stacking?

As stated, this came up the other night in our local club; if my Termagants Counter-Charge and have the benefit of my Tervigons Adrenal's, does the Furious charge stack with the counter charging?

No. The Unit is not actually Assaulting, so Furious Charge will not be triggered. This issue was addressed in the Space Wolf FAQ.

As Culven says, counter-attack doesn't trigger furious assault. A unit benefiting from counter-attack is not actually assaulting--it's just getting bonus attacks.
