Looks good, simple but effective.

Personally, I would make the eyes green rather than red to tie withe the rest of the necron army's gauss weapons.

good point il try doing green eyes on the warrior im painting then put it up for a vote

I think you have good brush control and a good idea, but I can't help but think those scarabs look very Tau-ish.

I like it a lot actually. Yeah, it is Tau-ish, but it works flawlessly for Necrons. The blue kind of makes it look like lines or beams of energy coursing through their bodies.

Afternoon my fellow necrontyr Lords here is my first conversion and its of my Lord tell me what you think please.

I just thought should i remove the exhaust stacks and green stuff a full length cloak?

I'd definitely do a bit more to distance the model from it's base... as cool of a base model as he is.

Definitely remove the smoke stacks. I don't know if the pauldrons (shoulder armor) can come off, but they don't strike me as very "Necron", so I'd try to scrap them. A full cloak would definitely look cool... if you can get it over the shoulders, you could cover up any damage from removed the pauldrons.

Is he armed with a Warscythe, or the Staff of Light? if warscythe, then I'd say your weapon is fine. For the Staff of Light, though, I might give him a gun in his offhand, to represent the shooting attacks he can get. Maybe replace the arm entirely with the gun from a Destroyer or something.
