The original mk1 land raider- anyone got it?

So, I dunno if this belongs in this thread (new user), but does anyone here have the rogue trader mk1 land raider? And, more importantly, is anyone prepared to part with it for a sum of money?:D
I'm prepared to pay up to £40 for it, but I'll haggle if needed.

Sorry...I have one but can't part with it. It's painted in my Sons of Horus colors, I just couldn't bear to do it. Good luck getting your hand on one though! I got mine at a GW Bizarre Bazaar. $20.

thanks! I only have £17 on my debit card and about £18 in cash, so i'll try and persuade my mum to get it for me and i'll pay her back... but if it goes over £45 then I don't have the money.:eek:

ah, never thought of looking at the american one.
I can either get a new on-the-sprue one for £39, which has 11 bids, or a used SW one, but fully intact, for £32. If the new one goes over £45 I'm off.;)

One weekend of work and you could have something that'll pass as plastic from five feet away. ;)

Yeah, it's actually fairly easy to do. The details can be tough, but cardboard is actually a really, really easy way of pumping out vehicle hulls. I could make a half dozen Rhinos in an hour or two, minus fine details.

I got one recently at a bring and buy. Try gaming conventions or even e-bay. Mine cost me only AU$10.00, probably because of the garish rainbow paint scheme on it, but I intend to repaint it. Unfortunately for thee I want to keep it.

I still love the look of the Spartan Land Raider conversion. Someday, I'll make the new Land Raider kit into a Spartan as well. Here's a pic from the White Dwarf that had the 'how to' in it.

I have two Spartans but went with a closed top hatch. I later modified the las cannon to sponsons but need to rework them.

I would, but £60 seems a tad steep for dropping on a land raider. Never mind now, I'm gonna be doing a fast army, with stormravens, rhinos and drop pods.:D
