Strange that they are releasing the upgrade pack. They probably will release it when the new Skaven models drop. Does this mean a new Codex will follow? Just a thought....

These already come in a boxed set wonder why they are releasing them by themselves...

they're releasing it because they had an upgrade kit- a £12 one. It included enough bits for 10 marines, just with no bases or heavy weapons. They've replaced it with the £8 one with half the stuff in.

It's just a "re-release" of an existing pack they've had up there for years, except instead of 2 sprues for $20 US now it's 1 sprue for $13.25.

I managed to get two of the two-sprue sets the day before they changed it :D.
So I got 20 marines for the price of 10.;)

The box set has bases and a Tactical SM Upgrade sprue. The upgrade pack is just the DA upgrade sprue for people who need more of those bits to DA style their army. However, if you don't need bases and the other stuff in the box set, it was an awesome deal at 2 sprues for $20 because you did get 10 whole Marines out of it.
