Yes.

All models with terminator armor are Infantry, and infantry by default can run.

The only restrictions terminators have compared to other infantry would be that they take two spots in transports and they can not make sweeping advances.

Terminators CAN run.

Unless they have gained 'FLEET' though, they cannot assault, so it's best used to break from parade formation when deepstriking.
