Goatboy here again with a new Dark Eldar list I saw a local player throwing down with. It isn't the exact one he played as I feel there could be some changes that make it a better list. It is one of those paper, rock, scissors lists as the Leadership hampers it a lot and a player can just tank shock to victory.
