KFF Mek

So....

I've got a Mek with a KFF inside an open-topped battle wagon, what happens in terms of his cover bubble,

Does it affect the battle wagon only?
Does it have no affect what-so-ever?
Does it affect the battle wagon and 6" from the battlewagon?
Or something I haven't though of :P

It effects any unit within 6" from the Battlewagon.

And gives the battlewagon an obscured (4+) save.

6" measured from the hull and any vehicals inculding the Battlewagon have a 4+ not a 5+ cover like infantry would get making it a very good choice in a mech army
