Dark Eldar Highlighting

Hey all!!

So i've just recently bought a whole bunch of the shiny new DE and I was wondering if people have recommendations for brushes, painting tips, and techniques for getting the kind of really nice clean line highlights from the DE book. I'm planning on a "flame-like edge" highlighting scheme like in the book p.71 top of the page.

I really want this to be my showcase army, and really plan on taking my time on it to make it look awesome.

Recommendations for vehicle applications would be appreciated as well!!

The GW guide is very good, as are the painting articles in this months White Dwarf. Do a few test miniatures first, I started with the hard line highlights but ended up using drybrushing instead as I wasn't happy with the amount of time I had to spend on the lines to get them as neat as I felt was acceptable.
