Working on my New Tau

Hey guys,
So I finally jumped over here to the lounge, I'm a fairly regular poster over at DakkaDakka, and I have my own blog, http://SmellsLikeWargaming.blogspot.com.
Anyways, I wanted to get some feedback on my new army. I really needed something to get away from my Imperial Guard, and these guys really took the cake, mainly for an army of nearly ALL giant robot suits! I know the paint scheme looks just like partially painted sprue, but it looks much better in person.

I'm working on the Fire Warriors fairly regularly, and have also started on the Kroot a little. I hope to have some more picture up soon, both here and on my blog! I'd love to get some feedback on these, as I'm always trying to get better!
