Over a quarter of your video is spent not painting. This is a problem. No one wants to watch you sit in a chair and talk about something for over four minutes.

Very good but I think it would be worth showing the finished result at the beginning of the video so that people can know exactly what the model will look like and so decide whether they'd like to keep watching.

I agree with UltramarineFan and MasterSlowPoke...

Spend 3 minutes speaking and no painting is a bad option, and so with the result...
