40K: Army Difficulty

Do you remember a long time ago there was such a thing as army strategy rating? You can still find it in older books such as Eldar and the Witch Hunters codex. What this invisible rating actually represented was GW's way of telling you your army was harder to play than other armies. Some armies would have lower values (out of 5) because they were really easy and straight forward; like vanilla Marines. Other armies had higher ratings because they had to have multiple units...
