I've started using http://stores.ebay.com/Hoard-O-Bits for my bitz needs.

Some of the fantasy bitz for skaven at least, have bells. If you want huge one the Screaming Bell has one.

I would recommend craft stores, like Hobby Lobby. They carry all sorts of stuff for various crafts that you can re-purpose for you benefit. For example... All the chain you would ever want!
