Updated FAQs from GW

GW have relesed version 1.2 of the FAQs for most of the armies and version 1.1 of the rulebook. They can be found here http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/content/article.jsp?pageMode=multi&categoryId=&pIndex=1&aId=3000006&start=2
Significant changes include:

Wizards can now use arcane items and channel even if they are level 0 or unable to cast spells
Shields do not give you +1 save if you are using a 2 handed weapon
Cannons and Stone throwers now pivot in the shooting phase not the movement phase
You can now killing blow a mounted character providing the character is man sized
Dragon Armour is now a 2+ ward against flaming attacks
Lance Formation has been cleared up
High Elf army structure has changed again
The Waaagh! spell no longer effects war machine crew
