40K Open Thread: Making Shooty Termys Viable?

So I've talked before about using large squads of standard Terminators in lists as a viable alternative to Close Assault Termys. Lets see what might be done to shore them up.So right off the bat, lets agree that with many viable delivery systems and the ability to fight in double the amount of assault phases compared to shooting, the player community has been gravitating to the hammer boys en masse.
