Goatboy's 40k Lists - Bjorn Council of the Dead Kings

Goatboy here again - looking at building a "themed" Bjorn list for the Space Wolves. The thought is that he will run with a group of Dreadnoughts to create the Council of the Dead Kings. So the idea is Bjorn and 2 Venerable Dreadnoughts plus some Space Wolves to make a viable list. Will the list be competitive?
