TPM here and wanting to talk about a concept from the Blood Angel Codex. I just got back from Dragon Con so forgive me if I come off a little disjointed.The Decent of Angels is an underestimated and powerful rule. In my opinion anything that so radically allows you to alter a fundamental game rule is extremely powerful.
